This morning event occurs between 6:00 am and 7:00 a.m. on Wednesdays. 

Members attending this event are required to observe existing Bolles School visitors’ rules (comportment, COVID and/or other requirements) during their stay.   

The group meets Wednesday mornings between 5:30 and 6:00 a.m. on the Bolles School track for group interval training. Members will sign in, warm up, and perform some dynamic stretching. Track intervals begin at 6:00.

 TWO registrations are required to participate in this event: 

1. You must be a registered member of JTC Running. 
2. You must register for the Bolles Wednesday Morning Workout Group event online, at least 18 hours prior to attending your first week's event. The registration is good for all remaining weeks of the year, ending in December.  Persons who are not on the morning event roster will not be permitted on the track.   

You may be asked for your Drivers’ License by the Bolles entrance security guard prior to any morning's workout. The security guard might scan your Drivers’ License through the Raptor program (a sexual predator data base) to be sure you meet security requirements. 

Parking: After entering the campus, take the 2nd left turn; the baseball field will be adjacent on the left as you drive into the lot. Park in an open space in that lot. Walk from there to the track; the bright stadium lights will show the way. Do not park in the enclosed parking area closest to the track. After your workout, you must vacate the parking area by 7:20; it is then reserved for student and staff parking. Walk from there to the track; the bright stadium lights will show the way.  

Meet with the JTCRunning coach on the track not later than 6:00 a.m. and initial the check-in sheet next to your name. The coach will inform the group of any new or expected changes in campus rules or procedures, matters related to members and events, then give a description of the intervals. Runners may place personal items such as hydration, towels, masks, etc. along the fence near the starting line.  Rest rooms are available under the stadium seating area. 

Please note that the workouts are geared towards adults. Registered runners age fifteen and younger must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times during the session.
